/04/1941 to /09/1942, No. 78 Squadron with Whitleys from Dishforth, began operations /04/1941. /10/1941, Moved to Croft and requipped with Halifaxes, returned /06/1942.
/05/1941 to /09/1942, 76 Squadron with Halifaxes from Linton-on-Ouse.
14/10/1942 to 15/05/1943, 420 (Snowy Owl) Squadron RCAF with Wellingtons from Skipton-on-Swale. Moved to North Africa, returned to Dalton 06/11/1943.
09/11/1942 to 01/06/1945, 419 (Moose) Squadron Royal Canadian Air Force with Wellingtons, Halifaxes then Lancasters.
01/06/1943 to 31/05/1945, 428 (Ghost) Squadron RCAF with Wellingtons
, Halifaxes then Lancasters.
